Membership is primarily for public youth librarians who are within the service area of RAILS and south of Interstate I-55 (Stevenson Expressway), although anyone and everyone is welcome to attend our meetings! Dues are $50.00 per library and are required at the time of initial membership; dues and the application may be submitted at any time during the current session. These dues cover up to 3 library members per meeting for each C.L.A.S.S session. Each new C.L.A.S.S session begins in September, with each meeting taking place bimonthly on the third Monday or Wednesday until the last meeting in May of the following year. Meetings are hosted by member libraries on an alternating basis.
